Whatever things are PURE…meditate on these things.

One of the darkest evils all this new technology brings into our lives is the way we have instant access to immorality. Even an innocent click of a button while searching the Internet can bring up a terrible site.

Let’s take control of our lives and not let satan win the battle! Let’s exercise self-control much like a soldier training for a battle. It takes intense concentration, a dedicated mind-set, and a go-for-the gold type of mentality, but the Bible promises us that all things are possible with God! Let’s stand up and fight against the evil in this world, for it is a great battle that we are engaged in. Let’s wear our spiritual armor, wield the Sword of the Spirit (the Bible) and take back what the enemy has stolen.

Let’s make it a habit to look at pure sites on the Internet instead of immoral ones. There are countless Bible-based, Christ-centered sites on the Internet that we can click on each time we’re tempted to visit an ungodly site. Let’s make it a daily habit and conscious effort to strive to be pure.

Healthy Habit #4: Bookmark an entire list of pure, godly, Bible-based, Christ-centered websites. Each time we’re tempted to visit an ungodly site, click on one of these instead.

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever thing are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy–meditate on these things.

-Philippians 4:8, NKJV
