7 Healthy Habits

In today’s age of the Internet, it’s easy to spend our time surfing the net, sending text messages, reading our e-mail, and tweeting on Twitter.

How can we make sure we keep God the Number One Priority on our To-Do List of the one most important thing to do each day–meet one hour each day with God?

We have to make an effort and take the initiative to take control of the time we spend doing different tasks throughout our day. It’s important to remember that if satan can’t make us sin, he’ll simply make us too busy. He’ll toss interesting and time-consuming activities into our path that gobble up our time so that we miss the purpose and the plan that God has for our lives. We’ll be so busy doing other things that we don’t have time to spend with God.

This site is all about 7 Healthy Habits that I want to work on to take control of the out-of-control areas in my life, especially those regarding the overwhelming technology each of us has at our fingertips each day. I pray that you will incorporate these 7 Healthy Habits in your own life as well.

Let’s stop falling for satan’s temptation to waste our time and thoughts tapping into today’s technology. Let’s establish 7 Healthy Habits in our life and focus on God’s purpose and His plan for how we spend our days.

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever thing are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy–meditate on these things.

-Philippians 4:8, NKJV
